1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the website at raytechnologies.in, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

2. Product Information & Pricing

We strive to provide accurate pricing and product descriptions for all hardware (ESSL, Panasonic, Matrix, etc.). However, typographical errors may occur. Ray Technologies reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

Note: All prices displayed are subject to local taxes (GST) unless otherwise specified. Delivery and installation charges may vary based on your location in Hyderabad.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders placed through our "Buy Now" path or WhatsApp are considered intent to purchase. Final confirmation is provided after stock verification. We currently support Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI Payments, and Bank Transfers for all hardware deliveries.

4. Warranty & Liability

Products sold by Ray Technologies carry the standard manufacturer warranty. Ray Technologies is an authorized dealer and will assist in warranty claims but is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the products.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Telangana, India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad.
